Reiki & Reiki Massage

Reiki is an energy healing practice where a practitioner channels life force energy through their hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being . . . While a Reiki Massage is a combination of the two practices, where a massage therapist integrates Reiki energy work into a traditional massage session to create a more holistic experience.
Reiki
Reiki is a health approach based on the belief that practitioners can channel universal life force energy to help the body's own healing abilities. It involves a practitioner lightly placing their hands on or over a person's body, often focusing on chakras, with the goal of balancing energy and promoting relaxation and stress reduction. The goal is to balance the body's energy field, which is believed to enhance its innate healing abilities and support overall health.
Reiki Massage
Reiki Massage combines the gentle touch of massage therapy with the energy healing principles of Reiki. While both aim to promote relaxation and well-being, Reiki massage focuses on balancing the body's energy field through light touch and specific hand placements, while traditional massage focuses on manipulating muscles and tissues.
This combination aims to address blockages in the mind, body, soul and spirit, offering enhanced well-being. During a Reiki massage, the practitioner uses gentle hand placement over or on the client's clothed body to guide and balance energy, often leading to a state of deep relaxation, stress reduction, and an enhanced sense of overall well-being.
