A Spiritual Mentor guides someone on their path of faith and personal growth and an Ascension Coach helps individuals to elevate their consciousness to connect with their true, divine selves and manifest their fullest potential. Both roles provide support, tools like meditation and journaling, and a safe space for self-discovery, but an Ascension Coach specifically focuses on a concept of "spiritual ascension"—a process of inner transformation and awakening.
